Supporting the Supply Chain One Partnership at a Time
CTW has a longstanding relationship with BNSF Railway. In 1965 CTW acquired land from BNSF for the construction of a new, rail-served warehouse and corporate headquarters. CTW has operated from the same location on Taney Street ever since. CTW is recognized as a BNSF Premiere Transload Facility - one of only a few in the Kansas City area. More recently, CTW and BNSF have teamed up on the development of a rail-served cold and dry storage facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Coming online in 2024, this facility will be strategically located next to BNSF's North Yard in Fort Worth.
One thing that sets CTW apart from other logistics companies is its ability to solve tricky real estate problems through its partnership with BridgeCap Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. If a customer needs to enter a new market, or if customer demand requires expansion into a nearby facility in an existing market, CTW and BridgeCap can make it happen.
